Onboarding

Upon sign-up you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your goals, circumstances and preferences

A plan designed specifically for you is the difference-maker between getting some results and guaranteeing you reach your goals.

Consultation Call – We’ll discuss your goals and why you want to accomplish them. Developing a strong reason why will help create a clear path for your plan.

Training Program

Your program is built specifically for you based on your goals, preferences, and training experience.


Specificity – We design the program to suit your lifestyle while continuously making progress. Your input on exercise preference and time management come into play.


Progressions – The program is built to make sure you don’t hit any hard plateaus. Different phases, strategies, and substitutions will ensure you reach your goal.


Guidance â€“ You’ll learn the how and why of everything in your program. You’ll never have to feel lost or confused in the gym again.

App Access

You'll be able to access your plan directly on your phone where you can also upload pictures, measurements and sync with wearable fitness devices and nutrition trackers. Get video demonstrations of all your exercises and track your progress.

The Support You Need

Your Program includes an onboarding call to discuss your program and your expected results, weekly check-ins and instant messaging support. 
You also get to choose how many coaching calls you will get during the month. This will depends on the level of support you require and the package you purchase.

While it comes down to you to do the work, I am your support system and guide along the way. I am here to make sure you are doing what’s necessary to succeed, whether it’s phone calls, emails, or quick texts along the way.


Weekly Accountability â€“ For any program or nutrition tweaks, and ensure weekly goals are met.


Adjustments â€“ Whether you need extra rest, are fighting a cold, or going on vacation, we can always adjust the program to your needs.

This may be anything from increasing your water intake and eating out less, to attending meditation sessions.
This means that together we will hold you accountable for additional lifestyle goals you would like to set.

Here you will find your workout program, set your goals and be able to track your progress. 

All exercises consist of a video demonstration and description so that you know exactly what you are doing.

You will also have unlimited support from your trainer who you can message regarding your program, exercise form or lifestyle habits.

    A: Yes, every coaching client receives custom programs based 100% on what they need.
  • MY SCHEDULE IS CRAZY BUSY, WILL YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR THAT?
    A: I create everything to make your life easier – training schedule included.
  • HOW LONG IS THE COACHING PROGRAM?
    To get any results. there must be a commitment. The minimum term for coaching is 12 weeks, but I may recommend longer depending on your goals.
  • WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
    A: You will get the most out of coaching if you have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym. We create a program based on what you have available to you with options on equipment to purchase that can help facilitate results.
  • WILL YOU TELL ME WHAT TO EAT?
    A: While it may be easiest to start with a food list and meal template, we work together to create long lasting habits. You will receive a grocery list, nutrition guide, supplements eBook, and a welcome package to give you as much education as possible.
