30-minute sessions
30-minute online workouts, coached live
The same personal coaching as a full session, condensed into a focused half hour. Built for the weeks when a full session does not fit but consistency still matters.
- Live on video
- From 18 euros
- Any time zone
Why 30 minutes can be enough
Consistency tends to do more for you than any single long session. Two or three focused sessions a week that you actually complete will usually beat one long session you keep postponing.
A 30-minute session works when it is planned tightly, so almost none of the time goes on anything that is not the work. Marissa coaches it live, so the session is adjusted to how you are moving that day.
Principles short sessions rely on
These are the ideas a good short session is built around.
- Pair opposite movements. A push followed by a pull lets one muscle group recover while the other works, so you rest less without training lighter.
- Warm up with the movement you are about to train, at a lighter load, rather than spending time on a generic warm-up.
- Track one number per session, such as weight, reps or time, so progress stays visible in a busy week.
Who 30-minute sessions suit
- People with full or unpredictable calendars who still want to train consistently.
- Clients who want extra volume between full sessions.
- People returning to training who want to build the habit first.
- Travel weeks, when a full session is hard to protect.

30-minute workout questions
Is a 30-minute workout enough?
For many people, yes. A tightly planned 30-minute session, repeated consistently, can train you well. If your goal needs more volume, it can be combined with longer sessions. Marissa will help you decide in the free consultation.
What do I need for a 30-minute online session?
A stable internet connection, a device with a camera and enough space to move. Equipment is optional to start, and your session is built around whatever you have.
Are 30-minute sessions live?
Yes. Every session is a real-time video call with Marissa Pangalos, coached personally, not a recorded workout.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
